Practice management services include a call answering and booking service, a reception function including payment administration, care plan administration and account collection.
Our practice is managed with PracSuite practice management software and payments, to your nominated bank account, are processed using TyroHealth. Free broadband internet is provided.
Every practitioner can have a profile on www.onebodymind.com.au. We also run periodic fax campaigns to general practitioners nearby and mail printed practitioner brochures to referring doctors, so local GPs know who practises here and what each of you treats. Marketing you undertake beyond this remains your own.

Sign the Facilities Use and Services Agreement, provide proof of insurance, and complete our onboarding to get started.
Practitioners practise from OneBodyMind under a licence — our Facilities Use and Services Agreement — which covers your suite and our practice services. Suites are licensed by the day, from two days a week up to a suite for your exclusive use, and priced by suite type: Deluxe (about 20m²) or Standard (about 12m²). Across those arrangements our pricing works out at between 12.5% and 22.5% of your fees, depending on the suite and the days you take. Request our brochure below for the detail.
All fees are presented on a fully inclusive basis with no hidden costs. Management, utilities, onsite parking, and services are included. Tyro transaction fees are for your account. Our fees are collected fortnightly by direct debit. We are happy to work with practitioners establishing new practices to create flexible pricing solutions that minimise financial risk.
