OneBodyMind provides consulting suites and practice-management services to independent mental health and allied health practitioners in Rose Park, Adelaide. We do not provide health services. Every practitioner who practises from our premises does so under a licence and runs their own independent practice: they are not our employees, contractors or agents, we do not supervise or direct their clinical work, and we are not a party to any arrangement between a practitioner and their clients.
The pages describing mental health concerns and types of therapy are general information written to help people understand common concerns and approaches. They are not medical, psychological or legal advice, they are not a diagnosis, and they are not a substitute for consulting a qualified practitioner about your own circumstances. Prevalence figures are drawn from the public sources cited on each page. Nothing on this website creates a therapeutic relationship with OneBodyMind or with any practitioner.
This website is not a crisis service and its forms are not monitored for urgent messages. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call Lifeline on 13 11 14, or 000 in an emergency.
Each practitioner profile contains information supplied and approved by that practitioner. OneBodyMind publishes it in good faith but does not independently verify it, and the practitioner is responsible for its accuracy and for complying with their professional obligations, including the advertising requirements of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law. Registration details can be checked on the AHPRA register. This website does not publish testimonials or reviews of practitioners.
Booking links take you to the practitioner’s own online booking system. Your booking, and the fees, cancellation terms and privacy practices that apply to it, are a matter between you and the practitioner. Where our reception takes a booking or a payment by phone, we do so as the practitioner’s administrative agent.
Where this website refers to practising from OneBodyMind, taking a suite, licence fees or moving your practice here, it describes an arrangement entered into under our Facilities Use and Services Agreement. That agreement, not these terms, governs the licence, the services and the fees. Pricing information on this website or in our brochure is indicative and is provided to help you enquire; the fees that apply are those set out in the agreement you sign. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.
When you submit a form you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to provide them. We handle what you send in accordance with our privacy policy. Please do not use the forms to send clinical information, and do not rely on them for anything urgent. We aim to respond to enquiries within one business day during reception hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm).
The text, design, artwork, logo and photographs on this website belong to OneBodyMind or to the people who have licensed them to us, including the practitioners whose profile content and photographs remain their own. You may view, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce or adapt any part of the website without our written permission.
You must not use the website for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it; submit false, misleading or abusive content through its forms; harvest personal information from it; or use it in any way that could damage it or impair anyone else’s use of it.
The website links to practitioners’ own websites and booking systems, to professional bodies and to public health resources. Those sites are not ours and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

To the extent permitted by law, OneBodyMind is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website, from reliance on general information published on it, or from services provided by any practitioner. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded; where our liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of doing so.
We may change these terms or the website at any time. The current terms are always published on this page with their effective date, and your continued use after a change is acceptance of it. We may suspend or withdraw access to the website, or any part of it, at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
